Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use any website, app or service ("service") operated by FPL Team Ltd ("FPL Team", "us", "we", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14122241. Our registered office is 28 Sydney Road, Exeter, EX2 9AH. By using the service you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

FPL Team provides planning, statistics, prediction and live tracking tools for Fantasy Premier League managers. Some features are free and some require a paid subscription. We regularly improve the service, so features may change over time.

Independence

FPL Team is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Premier League, Eliteserien, their clubs or the operators of Fantasy Premier League. All related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your Account

You can use parts of the service without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for what happens under it. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use the service or buy a subscription.

You can delete your account from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your saved drafts and associated data. Any active subscription must be cancelled first.

Subscriptions and Payment

The plans, features and prices available are shown on our pricing page. The price and billing period that apply to you are confirmed at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we do not store your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Plans that include usage allowances, such as AI Assistant tokens, are limited to the allowance described for that plan.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time. If you subscribed on our website, cancel from the subscription section of your account. If you subscribed through Apple, Google or another provider, cancel through that provider, for example in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and you will not be charged again. An expired subscription cannot be reactivated, but you are welcome to start a new one.

If you change your mind within 14 days of your first subscription payment, email us at [email protected] and we will refund that payment in full. After that, payments are not refundable, including renewal payments, except where the law requires a refund. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, your refund request may need to go through them under their own refund process. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Acceptable Use

When using the service, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Scrape, copy or resell the service or its data, or access it by automated means, without our written permission.
• Interfere with the service, or try to bypass its security, usage limits or subscription restrictions.
• Share paid account access with other people.

Predictions and Data

Predictions, expected points, predicted lineups, price change forecasts, solver results and similar information are estimates provided for entertainment and general information. Some of this data comes from third parties. It may be late, incomplete or wrong, and we do not guarantee any result or improvement in your rank. Decisions about your team are your own.

The service is not betting or financial advice and should not be relied on for those purposes.

AI Assistant

The AI Assistant generates responses automatically and these may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please check anything important before relying on it.

Our Content

The service, including its software, design and written content, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. These terms do not give you any other rights in it.

Advertising and Other Websites

The service may show advertising and may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for those websites or their content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, particularly around gameweek deadlines, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. It also depends on third-party data sources that are outside our control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for lost in-game points, rank or prizes, or for business losses. Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Suspending or Ending Access

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. You can stop using the service at any time. If we stop offering a paid service, we will refund any payment covering the period after it ends.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. If a change materially affects active subscribers, we will tell you in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections of the country you live in and may be able to bring a claim there.
